W.Bro Dennis Onslow celebrate 50yrs in the RAM Degree
 
Friday 4th February 2022 saw W.Bro Dennis Onslow celebrate 50yrs in the RAM Degree.  This was Dennis’s 4th occasion where he had celebrated 50yrs in Masonry.  The meeting was extremely well supported by members of the RAM degree and members who were not Mark or RAM Members.
The Worshipful Commander opened the Lodge and offered the gavel to W.Bro J.C. Bicknell RAMGR Asst.Prov.G.M. who returned it and said he would accept it again after the Lodge formalities had been done.  This being the case the Worshipful Commander again offered the gavel to W.Bro J.C. Bicknell who accepted it with pleasure.
The Lodge was adjourned and none RAM and Mark Masons were admitted.  W.Bro Bicknell  gave a very interesting potted history of Dennis’s life and Masonic career with emphasis on the RAM degree.  The Lodge was then resumed and the gavel returned to the Worshipful Commander.
 
The Lodge was closed and the festive board begun.  This was enjoyed by all and culminated in Dennis being presented with a Blackburn Rovers Bobble Hat and scarf as he already had 3 clocks.
